Donte Mosby also known as UFO was born and raised in Chicago but later spent his childhood in Houston as his parents wanted to switch their environment due to troubling and changing times. Music was an outlet to get him through, and even considered it his own personal therapy. He currently resides in Las Vegas and have been producing music for a hefty 8 years but started music making as a full-time career around 4 years ago.
As UFO considers music making his calling, he still deals with obstacles like any artist to overcome— that being the feeling of uncertainty. “Risking stability to chase my dreams of uncertainty. You have to be confident and calculated when taking said risk & chance, but the reward is fulfillment in the most absolute form”. This pushes UFO to work even harder towards his goals and show these lessons he’s learned through his music.
UFO makes it known how much he cares for his fans by stating his greatest achievement is creating relationships with real people who listen and subscribe to his music. “Every new follower or subscriber makes me want to make more music and go up another level entirely.
